Healthcare Equipment Customer Support Specialist

Millbrook Healthcare Group in Oxfordshire is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Community Equipment Service Centre. You will handle calls from service users, families and healthcare professionals as the first point of contact for queries or orders related to our equipment.

You will manage orders for delivery, installation and collection by Driver Technicians, check online orders for errors, and enter orders on the system.
