Healthcare Customer Care Specialist

Convatec is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join Amcare by Convatec in the UK. You will support customers by phone, email and face-to-face, and process orders while upholding high service standards.

You will build long-term relationships with customers, pursue referral opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records using Word and Excel.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with occasional Saturday rotation.
