Healthcare Compliance & Quality Leader

Medirest, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a Head of Compliance & Quality Assurance to lead quality, safety and regulatory compliance across a major healthcare contract at Addenbrooke's Hospital. You will oversee audit and monitoring, drive improvement, and manage risk with a team of 1 Manager and 6 Officers.

The role requires significant senior experience in compliance/quality within regulated environments, strong commercial insight, and robust stakeholder management.
