Healthcare assistant in the field of disability

In order to strengthen our teams within caregiver roles in the field of disability (M/F), we are looking for caregivers in the field of disability (M/F) to join our teams in various establishments in Geneva. JOB DESCRIPTION You will join our specialized team in the field of disability for occasional and/or scheduled missions. The proposed missions may involve split shifts, continuous shifts or a minimum of 4 hours, from 14 hours onward. You will provide nursing care and support to adults with multiple disabilities within specialized institutions (intellectual disabilities, autism, and/or brain injuries). The activity rate varies between 50% and requires a minimum of one year of successful experience as a caregiver in the field of multiple disabilities. Caring for the patient and their well-being are at the heart of your work. You remain calm and have the ability to handle difficult situations and/or challenges. You enjoy teamwork and possess excellent qualities in this regard. You will be working during the day and/or night, on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. You are a very flexible and organized person, possess a means of transportation, and have a driving license.
