Healthcare assistant in the field of disability

To strengthen our teams in the field of healthcare assistants in the field of disability (M/F), we are looking for healthcare assistants in various establishments in Geneva. DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSIONYou will join our specialized team in the field of disability for occasional and/or scheduled missions. The proposed missions can be on split or continuous shifts, with a minimum of 4 hours, until 2 PM. You will provide nursing care and support to an adult with multiple disabilities within specialized institutions (intellectual disabilities, autism, and/or brain injuries). Activity rate varying between 50%. You must have at least one year of successful experience as a healthcare assistant in the field of multiple disabilities. The care and well-being of the individual are at the heart of your priorities. You remain calm and have the ability to face challenging situations and/or difficult behaviors. You enjoy teamwork and possess excellent interpersonal skills.You should be available during the day and/or night, on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. You are a very flexible and organized person, and you possess a means of transportation and a driving license.
