Healthcare Assistant - Ward (Bank) at Newcastle Hospital - £12.84 per hour - Bank contract, ad-hoc, includes weekend work.
As a Healthcare Assistant on the ward, you will:
- Put patient care first

Your telephone manner is good, and you possess great computer and database skills. If you're qualified to NVQ Level 2 or 3, with relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting, that's even better.

Work on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
Nuffield Health Newcastle Hospital is located in Jesmond; you will be working at one of the North East's leading private hospitals, with a Good CQC rating. We have 27 en-suite private bedrooms, 3 state-of-the-art operating theatres, a dedicated breast care unit. We offer on-site pathology services and diagnostic imaging including CT and MRI, as well as on-site physiotherapy specialists. We have a special focus in orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight-loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.
