This is an great opportunity for a solicitor who wants to handle complex, meaningful work within child protection, mental health, and social care law.
The Role- Handle complex files from inception to completion, including strategy development and drafting detailed pleadings and legal correspondence.
- Represent clients in the District Court on a daily basis and attend various hearings and negotiations.
- Provide expert guidance to public bodies on legislative interpretation and their statutory responsibilities.
- Review intricate medical, social work, and professional records to assess the merits of a case.
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland.
- At least 1 year of PQE in a relevant practice area, with a demonstrable interest in healthcare or child protection law.
- Proven experience in a courtroom setting, with the ability to present cases calmly and logically.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills are essential, alongside a meticulous eye for detail.
