  • Review, develop and approve risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
  • Investigate serious incidents, near misses and breaches, working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on H&S performance to local, regional and global teams.
  • Act as Enablon Superuser, supporting data accuracy and rollout of new modules.
  • Support environmental and sustainability initiatives, including the Green Tourism programme and Brand Homes Green Teams.
  • Maintain and develop Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans, leading planned exercises.
  • Liaise with key external partners, such as the Health & Safety Executive, Scottish Fire & Rescue Service, SEPA, local authorities, insurers and legal advisors.
About You

  • Strong experience managing multi site Health & Safety across a variety of buildings and asset types.
  • Experience or a good understanding of Diageo, FMCG or equivalent organisations.
  • A highly self motivated, proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to align stakeholders with potentially conflicting priorities and to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience managing internal and external teams to deliver commercial, operational and financial objectives.
  • The ability to quickly assimilate new information, adapt and expand areas of expertise.
  • A collaborative, solutions focused mindset committed to continuous improvement.
