The role:On behalf of a local council, we are seeking a Health Promotion & Behaviour Change Marketing Lead to drive a local Living Well initiative by working collaboratively across the organisation and delivering high impact communications and engagement.
You will lead media relations, digital communications, public engagement, and the creation of campaigns, events, and marketing materials-designing all digital and print assets using Adobe Creative Suite on Mac and PC.
You will also be responsible for managing and developing the Living Well website, producing monthly analytics and coordinating proactive PR, digital, social, and email activity.
This role also supports alignment with wider programmes to strengthen a multisector approach and works with project leads to deliver and evaluate enabler projects, ensuring all communications raise the profile of Living Well and contribute to wider Public Health outcomes.
Key Requirements:- Degree/HND or equivalent in media, marketing, communications or relevant subject area
- At least 3 years experience in a communications or related role in the public or private sector
- Mac and PC operations experience and fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
- A strong background in advising and influencing clients and stakeholders on marketing and/or communications issues and planning
- Experienced in using a range of marketing and/or communications techniques, channels and materials to deliver successful integrated campaigns
- Ability to produce and deliver effective targeted communications plans, working within budget and to deadlines.
- Understanding the integrated role of marketing, communications, media and digital in developing and delivering campaigns.
- Knowledge of how websites, intranets, social media and e marketing can be used effectively for internal and external marketing and communications.
