Health Navigator & Front Desk Specialist

Operose Health is seeking a Health Navigator / Receptionist to support timely, personalised patient care at Chelston Hall Surgery. You will handle registrations, provide administrative support to the Patient Communications team and maintain data-secure processes.

Ideal candidates will have reception or customer care experience, excellent spoken and written communication, and basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email). NHS experience is a plus but not required.
