About Your New Job

• As a Health Insurance Advisor, you will provide expert advice to clients over the phone and by email.
• You will identify sales opportunities from high-intent inbound enquiries and propose suitable financial solutions, including cross-selling where appropriate.
• You will ensure compliance with all internal procedures and industry regulations while maintaining a high level of customer service
• As a Health Insurance Advisor you will work closely within a team to support both new and existing customers.

What Skills You Need

• QFA, CFP, or APA qualification.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance products.
• Excellent telephone sales and customer service skills (via phone, email, and web meetings).
• Team player with a proven track record in a financial advisor role within a brokerage or financial institution.
• Experience operating a CRM system is an advantage.
