Health auxiliary CRS (F/M/D) in permanent contract between 80% and 100% - EMS X, regardless of their function, the professionals of Saphir share a common will, which is to support individuals on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional model according to the Aedis like X home. This means, maintaining their habits as much as possible, offering an appropriate response to their wishes, and, through a real interprofessional collaboration, promoting their well-being and quality of life. As a health auxiliary CRS, you accompany individuals in their daily lives (daily living activities, social, spiritual activities, housekeeping) while ensuring to preserve their autonomy and taking into account their support project. You contribute to a reassuring and friendly atmosphere. You participate in the individual's support project by ensuring that their environment is adapted to their needs. You will collaborate interprofessionally and adapt your actions to the needs of each person and participate in the implementation of personalized support pathways - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS You hold a Red Cross certificate or an equivalent title and have experience in residential care. Interest in daily support of the elderly. Good listening skills and teamwork spirit and ability to self-reflect. Good command of French and usual tools (Carefolio).
