La Saphir, multi-mission in health CRS (F/H/D) in CDI between 80% and 100% - EMS X Saphir, multi-mission for adults, is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and psychological integrity during their process. We are looking for a position in our establishment EMS X in Villars-Burquin, which accommodates 32 people and specializes in the field of advanced age: Health Care Assistant CRS (F/H/D) in CDI between 80% and 100% - EMS X. Regardless of their role, the professionals at Saphir share a common goal, which is to support individuals on a daily basis, allowing them to concretely experience institutional life according to the Aedis model like X home. This means preserving their habits as much as possible, providing a response adapted to their wishes, and, through genuine interprofessional collaboration, promoting their well-being and quality of life. As a health care assistant CRS, you accompany individuals in their daily lives (daily living activities, social activities, spiritual care, management) while ensuring the preservation of their autonomy and considering their support plan. You contribute to a safe and friendly atmosphere. You participate in the individual's support project by ensuring that their environment is adapted to their needs. You will collaborate interprofessionally, adapting your interventions to the needs of each individual and participating in the implementation of personalized support.YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLSYou hold a Red Cross qualification or an equivalent title and have experience in housing. Interest in the daily support of elderly people. Sense of listening and ability to work as a team and the capacity for self-reflection. Good command of French and standard tools (Carefolio).
