To strengthen our teams, CMS X Care Lausanne is looking immediately or by agreement for several: Health Assistant (H/F) Activity rate between 50% and fixed-term indefinite. Your mission includes ensuring basic care, hygiene, and comfort in daily activities and helping maintain order and cleanliness in the living environment. You will monitor clients generally and pass on useful information for high-quality care continuity. You will stimulate and support clients and their loved ones to maintain their independence and quality of life based on their abilities. You will provide listening and develop a bond of trust. Actively participate in interprofessional team activities with a specific role that allows you to value your profession as a health assistant as an integral part of the system.Profile: Your qualifications as a Health Assistant CRS 120 hours or equivalent (diploma recognized by CRS) or willingness to follow the training for advanced age and home support. Ability to organize independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary network. Experience in the medical-social field and significant interest in community health. Sense of responsibility and professional ethics. Mastery of French, both oral and written.
