Health & Social Care Assessor Hybrid Coach & Tutor

t2 Group is hiring a Health & Social Care Assessor to support learners pursuing apprenticeship standards across workplace settings. You will coach, assess, and help learners develop knowledge, skills and behaviours to complete their programmes.

The role covers Hereford and surrounding areas with a hybrid working model, combining remote delivery and planned workplace visits. Previous Senior Carer level experience is valued along with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
