The Health and Safety Manager at Harrow School is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all health and safety policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to update current policies, introduce new practices, and advise senior management. Your duties include conducting audits, risk assessments, and training programs to embed health and safety into daily activities. Staying updated on legislation and best practices, and networking with external experts, will be key. Your leadership will ensure the school maintains a sector-leading approach to safety for staff, visitors, and pupils.
