The Role of the Health & Safety manager

• Lead the implementation of Health & Safety strategies in line with company values and regulatory standards.
• Monitor, audit and review site operations to ensure full compliance with HSE legislation
• Provide expert advice and guidance to site teams and subcontractors
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as the key liaison for health & safety matters with the client and stakeholders and regulatory bodies

What we are looking for?

• NEBOSH Diploma
• Graduate IOSH status
• Proven track record in managing H&S on major infrastructure or construction projects
• Previous experience working in high security or aviation environments
• Strong Leadership, communication and influencing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
