Health & Safety Advisor - Ireland

Location: Projects across Ireland (with potential European travel)
Sector: Scaffolding & Construction
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support our operations across multiple scaffolding and construction projects throughout Ireland.

This is a hands on role requiring a proactive individual who is comfortable engaging with operatives, supervisors, and management to drive high safety standards.

There may also be opportunities to travel to our projects in Europe as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day health and safety advice across multiple live scaffolding projects
• Carry out site inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Assist with risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Promote a positive safety culture through visible leadership and engagement
• Maintain accurate records and reports using digital systems
• Proven experience within scaffolding
• Recognised Health and Safety Qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, ISOH or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in construction environments
• IT literate, with the ability to use digital reporting and management systems
• A proactive, self motivated approach with the confidence to challenge unsafe behaviours
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland
• Previous experience working across multiple sites
• Experience working on large or complex construction projects
