We are seeking a talented individual to join our Large Corporate Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This role will be based in our Manchester office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:- Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and/or Protection clients, by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service
- Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate
- Manage and develop strong client relationships, win new business, and work pro actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans
- Healthcare and/or Group Risk knowledge is essential
- Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills)
- Consulting and relationship management skills
- Technical, product and process knowledge
- Inter personal, communication and time management skills
- Strong account and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Self driven and motivated
