Health & Disability Assessor (WCA) - Hybrid, Growth Paths

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Health & Disability Assessor - WCA for Reading. The role involves reviewing evidence, conducting structured assessments (face-to-face, telephone or video), and producing clear, justified reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

You will work Monday to Friday, with hybrid working, a starting salary of £50,000 and potential first-year increases up to £54,000, plus a 5% training bonus, pension, EAP, and retail discounts.
