To complete our teams, the CMS X Care Lausanne is currently seeking or to be agreed upon several: Healthcare Assistant (m/f) - Activity rate between 50% and fixed-term permanent contract.Your mission:Ensure basic care, hygiene, and comfort in daily activities and assist with the maintenance of order and cleanliness in the living environment. Monitor clients' general well-being and provide useful information for quality care and continuity of services. Stimulate and support clients and their loved ones by maximizing their quality of life based on their capabilities. Offer listening and develop a bond of trust. Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with a specific role that allows you to enhance your profession as a healthcare assistant as an integral part of the X system.Profile:Your qualifications as a healthcare assistant CRS 120 hours or deemed equivalent (diploma recognized by the CRS) or a willingness to pursue training for elderly care and home support. Ability to organize autonomously while collaborating in networks and with multidisciplinary teams. Experience in the medical-social field and a strong interest in community health. Sense of responsibility and professional ethics. Fluency in French, both spoken and written. Good proficiency with digital tools and mobile telephony.
