Fulford Primary School is a welcoming village primary school with a Nursery and an established Forest School. We provide a caring, safe, happy and stimulating environment where every child is known, valued and encouraged to flourish. Our school motto, "A place to smile, hand in hand inspiring a love of learning," is at the heart of everything we do and underpins our vision for the school.
We are very proud of our school, our wonderful children, our intelligent and caring staff, and our supportive parents. We make purposeful use of our outdoor spaces, with Forest School playing an important role in enhancing outdoor learning opportunities, supporting wellbeing and helping children to develop independence, resilience and curiosity. We encourage all children to become confident, independent learners in a positive learning climate that promotes mutual respect. Every aspect of the curriculum is valued and explored, enabling pupils to develop strong knowledge and understanding of the world around them, alongside the emotional and practical skills they need for life beyond primary school.
Our school values of Respect, Responsibility, Friendship and Fun are at the heart of daily school life and guide our relationships, learning and decision making.
