We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter to lead the guest experience at Turtle Bay, a Caribbean style kitchen and beach bar in Nottingham. The Head Waiter sets the tone for warm, vibrant service and guides the team to deliver unforgettable moments.

Head Waiter Responsibilities

• Live the Turtle Bay DNA - lead by example, embodying our vibrant culture and values; set the tone for a warm, relaxed atmosphere that welcomes every guest and inspires the team.
• Menu Excellence - demonstrate expert level knowledge of our menu, guiding guests and team members with confidence; recommend dishes, cocktails, and rums with flair.
• Create Memorable Guest Experiences - take ownership of the guest journey; build genuine connections through personalised greetings, attentive service, and thoughtful touches.
