Responsibilities: - Promote the products and the restaurant menu to our clientele - Welcome, advise, and retain clients - Manage and animate the team working in your section - Prepare the dining room by applying established standards - Supervise the commis and student interns and share your knowledge with them Profile and experience: - CFC of a specialist in hospitality or similar - BEP/CAP/BTS/BAC PRO in hospitality in Michelin-starred restaurants is essential - Your passion for service makes you truly passionate about your job, and your priority is to provide a unique and singular client experience - Mastery of table service is a prerequisite for this position - You enjoy transmitting knowledge and training the talents of tomorrow - You have an eco-responsible sensitivity - You have good product knowledge - You excel in teamwork, enjoy collaborating with bar and kitchen staff for smooth service - Ambitious and dynamic, you aspire to contribute to the progress of the House towards the set ambitions - Proficiency in English is essential (as well as French; knowledge of another language is a plus) - You are an organized and meticulous person, able to work in a team, flexible, and possess a good sense of welcoming and customer service.
