Head of Talent Development & Learning

March Ltd is seeking a Head of Talent Development to lead the March Academy and all talent management activities. This senior role focuses on development programs, succession planning and entry talent initiatives to attract, develop and retain top talent across the business.

The role involves hybrid working with time spent in Burton and/or Daresbury, with national travel as required, and a strong emphasis on building an inclusive, data driven learning culture across the organisation.
