Head of Structured Real Estate Finance Transactions

Homes England, the National Housing Bank, is seeking a Head of Transaction Execution to lead complex real estate debt transactions from credit approval to completion. Hybrid working across multiple national locations is offered, with the new headquarters in Leeds and flexible base options in several cities.

You will manage end-to-end execution, engage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure risk controls and policy standards are met in all transaction documents and due diligence.
