Job Summary

At Babcock we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As Head of Service Contracts you will lead and oversee the full spectrum of service contract delivery across TLES, driving compliance, operational performance, and continuous innovation.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Manage all operations enabling service contracts, including FM, MHE, PPE, workwear, soft services and waste management ensuring full compliance with legal, financial and commercial standards through robust monthly, quarterly and annual reviews
  • Develop and implement a transition strategy to a 'Vested' outsourcing model aligned with ISO 44001 for all contracts
  • Oversee delivery of investment and fixed cost objectives through strong governance and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with the transformation team to drive modernisation initiatives across operations

This role is full time, working 37 hours per week. National travel is required, with regular monthly visits to London and Andover. Some remote working is also possible.

Essential Experience

Strong financial and commercial acumen.

Proven ability to manage complex contracts and challenging customer relationships.

Solid background in Facilities Management operations and strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification).

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
