Job Description
Head of Security at Street Group Responsibilities
  • Taking full ownership over the organizational security.
  • Working closely in partnership with IT and Engineering teams to ensure a strong security posture and culture across the company.
  • Providing clear, data driven answers to the leadership team regarding current security status and areas for improvement.
  • Designing and implementing pragmatic security policies that protect the business while allowing teams to remain fast and flexible.
  • Managing the documentation and communication of security standards to clients, including completing security assessments and compliance.
  • Acting as Data Protection Officer for the group.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating new threat vectors emerging from AI technologies.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in a security role, ideally within a high growth, start up or scale up and understanding of a company moving through investment rounds.
  • Experience leading audit and maintenance processes for ISO27001 or SOC2.
  • Comfortable working across both application security and infrastructure, with a deep understanding of data protection laws and policies.
