Head of SDR & Growth, Hybrid - Equity & Benefits

The Electric Car Scheme is hiring a Head of Sales Development to lead and grow our SDR function as we scale in the UK. Based in Hayes with hybrid working, you will shape strategy, drive pipeline, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to accelerate net-zero employee benefits adoption across the UK.

You will build a high-performing team, define KPIs, and ensure high-quality, BANT-qualified meetings with senior decision-makers in HR, Benefits, and Finance.
