Head of School The Role: You will be responsible for leading the behaviour team Support the team to meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. You'll work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner Use a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievementHead of School About you: Must have QTS or NPQSEN Have extensive leadership experience within SEND and inclusion Fair but firm approach Understand the expectations and strategic nature of the role Head of School Key Information: Permanent role Starting September Interviews are being held ASAP Tameside/Wythenshawe location £48,000 - £52,000 If you are interested, send your CV to Demi at Aspire People or call for more information.
