Head of Sanctions & Financial Crime Risk

HSBC UK is seeking a senior leader in Financial Crime to head the second line of defence for sanctions risk. Based in Birmingham or London with a hybrid working pattern, you will set policy, provide expert advisory on sanctions interpretation, and lead independent oversight of sanctions risk across HSBC UK.

You will engage regulators, manage regulatory disclosures and collaborate with cross-border teams to mitigate sanctions risk, uphold compliance, and safeguard customers and the market.
