Salary: £55,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £100,000 - £150,000) + equity

The OpportunityBuild and lead our healthcare facility acquisition strategy from the ground up. You'll establish relationships with NHS procurement teams, private hospital groups, and healthcare decision-makers-introducing them to an AI solution that delivers measurable ROI from day one.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute B2B sales strategy targeting NHS trusts, private hospitals, GP surgeries, diagnostic centers, and care homes
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, industry events, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct consultative sales presentations demonstrating ZenroxIQ capabilities and ROI
- Navigate complex procurement processes within NHS and private healthcare organizations
- Build relationships with C-suite, procurement directors, and operational leaders
- Close deals ranging from £5K annual subscriptions to £100K+ enterprise contracts
- Establish sales processes, CRM systems, and performance metrics
- Provide market feedback to shape product development and positioning
- Eventually recruit and manage sales team as we scale
- 5+ years B2B sales experience with proven track record of exceeding targets
- Deep understanding of UK healthcare sector and procurement dynamics
- Experience selling to NHS trusts, private hospitals, or healthcare organizations
- Consultative selling skills with ability to articulate complex ROI propositions
- Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Strong network within UK healthcare procurement community
- Comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers and clinical leadership
- Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial drive
- Medical equipment, healthcare technology, or clinical software sales
- Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions to healthcare
- Knowledge of NHS Supply Chain, procurement frameworks, and tender processes
- Background in healthcare operations, procurement, or supply chain
- Track record building sales function at early-stage startup
- Understanding of AI/ML solutions and their business applications
- Uncapped commission with generous equity package
