Location:
The position of Head of Commercial Operations is hybrid, with regular access required to HQ in Kent.

Basic salary: £70,000 - £85,000
Bonus: 10-15%

THE ROLE: As Head of Commercial Operations, you will take full ownership of sales, marketing, and e-commerce performance for one of the UK's leading dental consumables distributors.

  • Responsible for driving revenue, margin, customer growth, and brand impact
  • You will lead a dynamic sales organisation covering account management, new business development, and inbound sales.
  • Alongside this, you'll oversee marketing and digital strategy, ensuring a joined-up, data-driven approach to customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • This is a senior role with high visibility, shaping how the business competes in a digitally evolving marketplace.

THE PERSON:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in commercial roles covering both sales and marketing
  • Strong track record of leading and developing B2B sales teams
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing, supplier partnerships, and e-commerce trading
  • A data-driven approach to planning and customer insight
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build culture, inspire teams, and deliver results

  • Basic salary: £70,000 - £85,000
