ResponsibilitiesWhat will your day to day look like?
You'll be the driving force behind commercial performance - coaching, leading, and building systems that help the team win and expand. You can expect a typical day to involve:
- Evolving core playbooks across pre-enterprise, post-enterprise, and project deployment
- Building a high-performance coaching cadence across Sales, AM, and CSM functions
- Driving consistent pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
- Getting hands-on with key deals, helping reps craft multi-threaded strategies
- Partnering with the CEO to create bandwidth for geographic and product expansion
- Contributing to broader leadership decisions across the business
This role will suit you if you
- Have 5-8 years' experience in B2B sales or customer success
- Have natural leadership skills
- Have a player-coach mentality - happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
- Can coach teams through complex sales cycles, ensuring consistent performance
- Experience in building systematic approaches to account-based growth
- Bring high energy, fast thinking, and a bias for action
- Are confident that you can shape the future sales strategy
