Job Description
VANRATH are partnering with a long-established supplier within the dental industry, currently entering an exciting phase of growth and investment. With a strong reputation and client base across the UK & Ireland, the business is now seeking a Head of Sales to lead the commercial strategy and take ownership of revenue performance.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape sales direction, manage team performance, and represent the business across the sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver a results-driven sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Lead and support a growing internal sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Set and monitor KPIs, using performance data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Represent the business at industry events and strengthen presence across the dental sector
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver lead-generating campaigns that support business objectives
- Build and maintain long term relationships with key accounts and industry partners
- Support recruitment, development, and ongoing coaching within the sales function
- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning within the team
- 5+ years' experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within dental, healthcare, or distribution
- Strong commercial acumen and data led approach to sales performance
- Natural leader with a proven track record of developing teams and delivering results
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including board and senior clients
- Experience aligning sales with marketing and operational teams to support wider business strategy
- £60,000 - £70,000 package
