The Role
We're hiring a Lead Account Executive to drive sales across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, focused on the Sports sector. You'll drive growth through strategic leadership, client acquisition, and team development, with full ownership of revenue targets in the region. You will work closely and report to the EU SPORTS lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies.
- Accountable for meeting sales and revenue targets in the region.
- Build and manage relationships with sports clubs, leagues, and venues
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team.
- Represent SECUTIX at key industry events.
- Oversee budgets and ensure strong financial performance.
Your Profile
- 10+ years in sales/business development of commercial products and services to the Sports industry.
- Strong grasp of sports business and revenue models (such as sponsorship, broadcasting, ticketing).
- Understanding of ticketing economics, value chains and players.
- Experience in selling or busing software and events products is a strong plus.
- Established and trusted network in the French sports eco-system and event industry.
- Proven sales leadership and revenue growth record
- Fluent in French and English; Italian/Spanish a plus
- Willingness to travel
