Head of Sales - PropTech SaaS London Number Two to the CEO Clear CRO Path

Salary: £110,000-£130,000 Base OTE £220,000-£260,000 Meaningful Equity

Location: London / Hybrid

Selective Search - specialist in SaaS sales recruitment and senior sales leadership recruitment - is retained by a rapidly growing PropTech SaaS business with 200% YoY growth. This Head of Sales role is the number two to the CEO with a clear and credible path to CRO within 18 months.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building and leading the sales team from 5 to 20 people in 18 months
  • Owning the £10M ARR target for year one
  • Implementing sales methodology, CRM discipline and forecasting rigour
  • Representing the business to investors and at industry events
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years SaaS sales, at least 2 in a leadership role
  • Experience in PropTech, Real Estate or Construction technology preferred
  • Strong operational and analytical approach to revenue management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable building in a high-growth environment
