The Opportunity

A well-established logistics provider with a strong presence in the Benelux region is looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to lead its commercial growth. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and understands the complexity of modern supply chains.


Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Belgium and cross-border markets.
  • Lead and coach a team of sales and business development professionals.
  • Build long-term partnerships with clients in FMCG, retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
  • Collaborate with operations and solution design teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and with key stakeholders.
  • Report directly to the executive team and contribute to strategic planning.


Your Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in freight forwarding, contract logistics, or 3PL, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong network in the Belgian logistics market and experience working with multinational clients.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, and team leadership.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus!
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strategic vision.
