Overview

Head of Reward and Performance role at Talent Forte. Location: Amsterdam (Schiphol HQ). Hybrid: 2-3 days in office. Salary: up to €132,000 inc car allowance + up to 40% bonus. This range is provided by Talent Forte. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What you'll do

• Lead the full annual cycle of compensation and performance activities.
• Design and deliver the annual pay review process, including benchmarking and analytics for senior roles.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement reward policies aligned to business strategy.
• Support executive reward matters and manage long-term incentive plans.
• Oversee delivery of global reward programmes and drive ad hoc reward and performance projects.
• Monitor external best practice and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in reward programmes.
• Prepare offers and termination agreements for senior management roles.

What you'll bring

• Strong analytical and numerical capability, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Proven HR or Reward experience within a complex, fast-paced, matrix-style organisation.
• Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
• Resilience, self-starting attitude, and a strong sense of ownership and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage at senior level.
• Knowledge of executive compensation and long-term incentive plans (advantageous but not essential).
• A mindset that thrives in ambiguity, takes accountability, and delivers results.
