Head of Reward & People Analytics (Hybrid)

Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a strategic Head of Compensation & Benefits (and People Systems) to shape our reward strategy across hotels, restaurants, care homes and offices. You will lead salary reviews, benchmarking and benefits programmes while guiding HRIS projects and ensuring high quality data reporting.

Reporting to the Group People Director, you will combine reward expertise with analytics to support workforce planning, investment decisions and organisational performance,
