Head of Reward & Exec Remuneration (UK Listed)

AJ Bell is seeking a Head of Reward to own the reward strategy across base pay, incentives, benefits, share plans and executive remuneration. You will shape governance outputs and lead annual pay cycles in a UK listed, FCA-regulated environment.

Reporting to the Group People Officer and collaborating with the RemCo and Board, you'll drive strategic reward decisions, policy development and communications in a hybrid working model from Manchester.
