Head of Reward - Hybrid, Europe (12-15m FTC)

JSS in West London is seeking a Head of Reward on a 15-month fixed-term contract. You will shape and deliver our global reward strategy across the UK and Europe, balancing strategic leadership with operational delivery in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will oversee compensation, benefits and recognition programmes, ensure market competitiveness and compliance across jurisdictions, and lead the Reward team with senior stakeholder collaboration.
