Scaling a robotics company isn't just about building better hardware - it's about making the commercial side as robust and repeatable as the product itself.
A scaling agriculture robotics start-up is building an AI-driven autonomous sprayer designed for protected agriculture, where reliability and real-world performance matter more than polished demos.
They're looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build the commercial backbone of the business - owning how revenue is tracked, forecasted, and scaled as the company moves from early customers to structured growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and own the end-to-end revenue engine - from lead to cash, including forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility
- Build and refine sales processes, CRM systems, and performance metrics
- Support pricing strategy, contract structures, and deal governance
- Align sales, marketing, customer success, and finance around clear, shared metrics
- Track unit economics, margins, and deployment costs to inform commercial decisions
- Support investor reporting and commercial due diligence
- Identify bottlenecks in the revenue process and implement scalable, repeatable solutions
- Help bring structure to a fast-moving environment as the business scales
What They're Looking For
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy
- Strong analytical capability - comfortable working with data, dashboards, and forecasting models
- Experience supporting hardware, SaaS, or hardware-enabled SaaS businesses
- Ability to design and implement scalable commercial processes
- Hands-on mindset - comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup
- Strong communication skills, able to align different teams around shared metrics and goals
