Overall Purpose of the role:
To provide first-rate legal services tailored to our clients' needs, ensuring full compliance with policies and regulations. To act as an ambassador for the group, actively promoting its services.
Key accountabilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership, empowering your team and team leaders.
- Foster clear, robust communication within and across teams to develop a positive, cohesive environment.
- Support your team through the evolving property market and our ways of working, helping them understand and adapt to change.
- Develop a client-focused culture where client experience is valued equally with legal expertise.
- Use complaints as learning opportunities to improve quality, working in partnership with COLP to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and develop technical expertise within the team to answer questions effectively.
- Utilize reporting to monitor, manage, and forecast resource needs, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to forecast accurately on a rolling 12-month basis.
Key Experience:
- Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
- 4+ years PQE
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Networking skills to attract new clients
