Overall Purpose of the role:

To provide first-rate legal services tailored to our clients' needs, ensuring full compliance with policies and regulations. To act as an ambassador for the group, actively promoting its services.

Key accountabilities:

  1. Provide inspirational leadership, empowering your team and team leaders.
  2. Foster clear, robust communication within and across teams to develop a positive, cohesive environment.
  3. Support your team through the evolving property market and our ways of working, helping them understand and adapt to change.
  4. Develop a client-focused culture where client experience is valued equally with legal expertise.
  5. Use complaints as learning opportunities to improve quality, working in partnership with COLP to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Maintain and develop technical expertise within the team to answer questions effectively.
  7. Utilize reporting to monitor, manage, and forecast resource needs, ensuring quality service delivery.
  8. Collaborate with the Finance team to forecast accurately on a rolling 12-month basis.

Key Experience:

  • Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
  • 4+ years PQE
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Networking skills to attract new clients
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Effective team collaboration
