Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for:
- Experienced IT Recruiter/Manager
- Specialists in Software, Product Development, Data, Analytics, Quality Assurance, or other IT verticals.
- Professionals with a strong business development mindset and a minimum of 4 years of IT experience.
What You'll Do:
- Utilise negotiation and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Maintain a positive attitude and growth mindset.
- Implement strategies to expand client services in temporary/contract recruitment.
- Target new business opportunities to drive strategic growth and profit maximisation.
- Collaborate with teams to identify broader business opportunities.
- Engage in business development activities, focusing on revenue generation and client acquisition.
- Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Additional notes:
- You will currently be working as a Senior/Principal/Team Leader or Recruitment Manager within IT, specialising within the contract market.
- You can be an expert within any IT vertical.
- Demonstrable expertise in recruitment within the technology sector.
- Consistent professional track record and strong billing history with an existing network.
