Salary: £80k - £100k

Location: Remote - Occasional trips to the London office

Key Duties

• Lead global quantitative research function, ensuring methodological excellence, operational quality, and consistent programme delivery standards
• Build scalable insight solutions, lead senior client relationships, and deliver complex multi-market research programmes successfully
• Develop and mentor quant researchers, driving innovation in methodologies, products, and data assets continuously improving

Skills & Experience

• Experienced leader of quantitative research teams delivering high-quality insights within commercial environments globally
• Proven delivery of complex multi-country research programmes with strong analytics and storytelling capabilities consistently
• Commercially focused, driving revenue growth, client retention, team development, and continuous innovation in processes
