Head of Publishing - Build & Scale Partnerships (Remote)

Lever, Inc. based in Ireland is partnering to recruit a Head of Publishing. This hands-on leadership role will build the publishing function from the ground up, owning strategy, deal flow, commercial economics, portfolio and team development.

You will personally source studios, negotiate first publishing deals, establish a greenlight framework, and later lead a dedicated publishing team with the Publishing Producer. The role operates in a remote-first environment across Europe.
