Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Term Time Only
Salary: £39,000
Start Date: September 2026

Hall School Wimbledon is seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Head of Psychology (and Teacher of Humanities)

About the Role

As Head of Psychology (and Teacher of Humanities), you will:

  • Drive excellence in teaching and learning in Psychology at KS4 and KS5
  • Develop a rigorous and engaging Psychology curriculum
  • Use assessment and data intelligently to track progress and secure strong outcomes
  • Foster pupils' ability to think critically, evaluate evidence and construct arguments
  • Support pupils to become reflective, resilient and independent learners
  • Contribute to the teaching of Humanities across the school
  • Deliver functional skills teaching at KS4 where required
  • Contribute to whole-school academic development and improvement
