Head of Programme for Global Leadership Development & Strategic Lead for EMENA

The Head of Programme ensures the successful coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of the global leadership development programme. Working closely with the Global Director of Leadership Development (content and strategy) and supported by administrative colleagues (logistics and travel), the Head of Programme will be focused on programme execution, data management, stakeholder engagement, and donor reporting.
The Strategic Lead for EMENA NAO Development role, holds the strategic oversight for EMENAs many NAO's and their development on leadership, team, Boards, capacity building and fund development.
Listed below are some of the key elements that the role holder will be accountable for delivering:
Programme Development & Coordination- Support the design and structure of leadership cohorts, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Oversee programme timelines, milestones, and deliverables across region.
- Ensure consistency and quality across different cohorts worldwide.
- Serve as primary point of contact for international partners, facilitators, and mentors (non-content and non-logistic related matters).
- Coordinate communication with participants (onboarding, programme updates, learning materials).
- Maintain strong working relationships with regional hosts and leaders.
- Track participant numbers, retention, and completion rates.
- Collect and analyse participant feedback and evaluation data.
- Develop dashboards and reports to demonstrate programme outcomes and impact.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve the programme.
- Ensure all programme materials, guidelines, and resources are up to date and accessible.
- Capture and share best practices across regions.
- Facilitate continuous learning and feedback loops between facilitators and leadership.
- Provide accurate data and narratives for donor reports.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures in collaboration with the finance team.
- Develop impact stories and case studies to demonstrate value to stakeholders.
- Research and recommend new tools, methods, or platforms to strengthen learning.
- Explore hybrid and digital solutions to expand accessibility.
- Benchmark against comparable leadership development programmes globally.
- Strong project and programme management skills with international scope
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement across diverse cultural contexts
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, CRM, or dashboards) and translating it into insights
- Able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Passion for leadership development and equipping emerging leaders
- Understanding of global Church landscape
- Understanding of Alpha's global structure, strategy and operating model
