HEAD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AI STARTUP


Your Mission

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Professional Services to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of our AI-driven HR solutions for enterprise clients.

In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of service delivery - from onboarding and implementation to performance optimization - ensuring every customer realizes maximum value from our platform. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants, engineers, and client success experts, while working cross-functionally with Product and Sales to align delivery with business objectives.

Your mission is to build a scalable Professional Services practice that drives enterprise adoption, accelerates time-to-value, and establishes HrFlow.ai as a trusted strategic partner.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Professional Services function across all segments and customer types.
  • Oversee all client onboarding, solution deployment, and integration activities.
  • Define delivery methodologies, project governance, and standard implementation playbooks.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for client executives during project delivery.
  • Scope and negotiate Statements of Work (SOW), service packages, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate internal resources and manage cross-functional collaboration with Product and Sales.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing services team (consultants, solution engineers, project leads).
  • Build dashboards and performance metrics to track delivery efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers on how to drive long-term success with HrFlow.ai.
  • Contribute to commercial growth by supporting upsell/expansion opportunities through service excellence.


About You - Must Have

  • 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting roles.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise implementations for HR Tech, SaaS, or AI solutions.
  • Strong leadership experience: you've built and led cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Deep understanding of solution delivery processes - from scoping to go-live.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, in both English and French.
  • Experience in managing C-level relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Outcome-driven and highly structured in problem-solving and delivery.

  • Prior experience in a fast-growing tech startup or scale-up.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their real-world applications.
  • Experience building professional services packages and SOWs.
  • Entrepreneurial or startup experience
